International Business Administration Bachelor Program. During this time, I gained valuable knowledge
and experience about all the teachers and lecturers from management, marketing, and international
business. The time here is unforgettable in my life.

Abstract
Known as the “Land of the Blue Sky”, Mongolia boasts majestic mountains, clear lakes, vast Gobi,
endless prairie, and fast horses. After the collapse of the Soviet Union in 1990, even though Mongolia
is quickly exposed to western culture and open market, she still maintains her nomadic lifestyle and
traditional cultures.
Because Mongolia boasts much livestock of cows, horses, and goats, it passes a “Cashmere outline” in
2018 in the production of cashmere products. Mongolia fashion industry is showing great potential due
to its cheap price in leather. Therefore, this study aims to explore the development strategy Mongolian
fashion industry.
Through related literature review and information analysis, we obtain the following conclusion:
1. Use the Mongolian governance outline as a basis for the development of its fashion industry.
2. Integration of Mongolia fashion industry development agencies.
3. Incorporating fashion industry development techniques and money develop countries.
4. Establish industry meet up to strengthen vertical integration of the Mongolian fashion
industry.
5. Develop top talent in fashion industry design and techniques.
